It’s exciting to announce the start of our Annual Appeal 2024. What an exciting year this has been for the OLC ministry. We had a significant number of our loyal and dedicated women retreatants return for their annual retreat as well as welcoming many women who joined us for the first time. Our ecumenical hosted groups, such as ACTS and others, continue to flourish and hold their retreats here and call OLC their spiritual home. In addition, we just held our annual golf tournament in May, which was the best ever and exceeded all of our expectations. There is hope springing up all around us!
To make this year 2024 even more special, the Sisters of the Cross and Passion are celebrating their 100th Anniversary in ministry in the United States! What a significant milestone this is as we reflect on all of the important and meaningful work done by our Sisters here in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and beyond. However, you should know that this ministry is not possible without you and your generous support.
If you made a contribution to the Annual Appeal last year, thank you and please do so again. If your own circumstances allow you to increase your contribution, please consider doing so. Your support, especially during this Appeal, will make a significant difference as we continue to make new retreats and programs available and continue our operations. Your generosity provides us the means to welcome everyone to this beautiful Retreat Center.
